Spotlight opportunities
An award winning apprenticeship program
We strive to create a culture where we grow talent from the grass roots providing true progression routes towards high level careers and qualifications. In our commitment to providing opportunities, we want to recognise the achievements of our apprentices and their contribution to the company's success.
We work in partnership with First College Lincolnshire to deliver our award-winning apprenticeship scheme. We offer apprenticeships in Business Administration, ICT, HR and Finance.
An engaging Staff Forum
The PSPS Staff Forum is a representation of staff members from all disciplines of the company. We are passionate about what we do and collectively want to encourage staff to be involved, informed and inspired to engage with the company.
We meet once a month and discuss ideas and concerns from staff. These can be raised directly with any of us or anonymously via the Staff Forum page. We are a sounding board for new policies, schemes and processes, providing a link between front line staff and managers.
We also organise events to give staff the chance to meet other colleagues. These include quizzes, lunchtime walks and fundraisers for charity.
